She has a passion for providing women a safe place to express, heal, discover their true passions, and soul’s purpose.
Personal bio: I have a passion for seeing women achieve their full potential in all areas of life. Often we find ourselves out of balance and completely overwhelmed. My therapy focuses on bringing you back into balance. I offer individualized plans to meet your goals. I have expertise in parenting guidance, anxiety, depression, and relationships. Having been through multiple losses in my own life most recently (within the last 4 years) with the death of my two grandmothers, aunt, mother and stepfather, grief and loss have become a special interest in my career and I welcome anyone who is struggling with these concerns to my office. Grief is complicated and often confusing and I am here to guide you along that journey.
I am also a certified Enneagram coach and provide couples and individual coaching centered around the Enneagram and its wisdom. The Enneagram is a personality tool meant to build self-awareness and knowledge about how we interact with the world around us. Through this knowledge and the increase in awareness the Enneagram offers, individuals can improve communication, improve coping methods, and achieve their highest level of functioning. Their relationships improve and many report a more profound understanding of themselves and others. If you’re curious about the Enneagram I’d be happy to do a typing session and provide more information. I am also available for trainings and workshops on this topic and more.
